SUMMER IN THE ALPS

Summer in Morzine is an unforgettable mix of adventure and relaxation. Explore world-class mountain biking trails across the vast Portes du Soleil, with lift access linking Morzine, Avoriaz, and Les Gets. Cool off in the outdoor pool complex in the centre of town complete with childrens pools, water slides and a 50m training pool. Paddle or swim in beautiful mountain lakes like Lac Montriond or Lac des Écoles, and enjoy fun on inflatables. For thrill-seekers, there’s white water rafting, via ferrata, high ropes courses, bouldering and more – all set against the stunning Alpine backdrop. Morzine's tennis complex includes several paddle courts and coaching courses are available. Book a paragliding session or enjoy the luge runs in both Morzine and Les Gets. Horse riding is available at a number of locations and it is possible to book action packed children's summer activity camps throughout the high season.

For slower-paced days, enjoy Yoga overlooking Lake Montriond, scenic Hiking along the many miles of walking paths through alpine meadows, long lunches at mountain restaurants, and peaceful moments soaking up village life.

We stayed at Chalet Sarcleret in Morzine over the summer and had an amazing time! The chalet was beautiful and comfortable, with great facilities — especially the jacuzzi. We loved the yoga by the lake, the fantastic mountain walks and biking, and the great local restaurants. The weather was perfect, for the variety of activities on offer. A wonderful mix of relaxation and adventure — highly recommend!
